We are a full remote organization with colleagues based in France, Spain and the United States. Our main office is Grenoble (France) and available for corporate gathering, team building and casual meet-ups.

This role is based in France, in hybrid or full remote.



  • You will be part of the Customer Success & renewal team (5 people).

  • Direct team: you will be working closely with the sales administrator (Gregory) and the team manager (Nicolas).

Customer’s renewals and upselling represent the highest earnings at Bonitasoft. 


As a key member of the success of Bonitasoft, will help the Customer Success & Renewal team members prepare all administration tasks that are related to renewal and upsell deals with Bonitasoft’s customers: CAC 40 companies and international big firms across various business sectors (finance, pharma, tech, …).

You will mainly assist Gregory follow up on contract deals with customers : 

Follow-up Renewal Deals agenda by executing the administrative steps of the process to ensure that the subscription renewal contracts are sent on time for your customer portfolio:

  • Renewal quote building using Bonitasoft rules and price list catalog

  • Draft the proposal emails to be sent to the customers

  • Draft the follow up email to be sent to the customer until the deal is closed

Maintain and update data in the CRM tool (Salesforce)

  • Keep up to date the customer data in Salesforce

  • Opportunities and Contracts

  • List of tasks to be performed to insure accuracy of the renewal deal agenda

  • Check the different dashboards, and alert when limit are breach or data quality flags are raised

Work on projects related to the CRM tool (Based on affinity and skills):

  • Dashboard building

  • Business data quality management


  • Precision and high attention to detail

  • Business proficiency writing in French and English with a high level of professionalism

  • Ability to always write in a good and professional manner to the customers

  • You are comfortable with numbers and can cope with a high volume of quotes

  • You are well organized and you can cope with multiple tasks 

  • Experience in a similar role in a software company would be highly appreciated
